Becky Te’o has been appointed as the Elementary Director of Teaching and Learning. She has 18 years of experience in education, working in the Washington County, Granite, and Murray City School Districts. Ms. Te’o has been the Principal of Longview Elementary since January 2019. As a teacher, instructional coach, and building principal, MCSD is confident in her ability to lead and guide our district-wide elementary efforts to ensure student success.
Torilyn Gillett has been appointed as the Principal of Longview Elementary. She has 19 years of experience in education, working in the Granite, Jordan, Canyons, and Murray City School Districts. Dr. Gillett has served as the administrative intern at Murray High School since August 2022. Her experience as a counselor, LEA-Level Education Specialist, and administrative intern has prepared her to work collaboratively with the Longview community to ensure students’ continued success.
