Registration Assistance Night Set for August 6

English-as-a-second language (ESL) parents/guardians in Murray are invited to a special registration assistance night on August 6, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at Hillcrest Jr. High. School and district officials will be on hand to provide one-to-one navigation of student registration (K-12). But they are also there to answer questions and connect families with important resources.

Translation services will be available in multiple languages to the extent we are able to. And the District will have booths for immunizations by CNS (from 5 to 7:30 pm), dental clinic signups for a later date (please bring proof of insurance if you have it), on-site child supervision so parents can focus on registration, and transportation if arranged ahead of time through Cris Westerfield cwesterfield@murrayschools.org.

Attendees should bring with them the following:

Birth certificate
Immunization records
Insurance Information
Proof of residency (examples: Dated within 60 Days: Lease agreement, utility bill, driver’s license, letter from approved government agency, payroll stub, bank/CC statement, vehicle registration/insurance, medical bill; Dated within 12 months: W-2 form, property tax bill.)
