The Cost of No Coverage: What to Expect

Without MCSD Chromebook Insurance, repair costs can add up quickly. Remember:

• District-Only Repairs: All repairs must be performed by MCSD; outside repairs void the device’s warranty.
• Minimum Fees: Even for minor issues, you’ll face a minimum of $75 for tracking and repair time, plus the cost of any replacement hardware.
